The barn is equipped to accommodate four adults/children and one infant.

Children

The barn is equipped with a folding cot, a high chair and a safety gate for the stairs. The barn is reasonably child-proof (we have children ourselves), is set in it's own acre of land, and is adjacent to a quiet country lane.

Pets

We regret that pets are not permitted.

Heating

Under-floor heating downstairs. Fixed electric convention heaters upstairs. Heated towel rail in bathroom.

Extras

The rent is inclusive of heat, light and electricity and linen. Towels are extra.

Towels

Towels can be provided, if requested at booking for a small additional charge.

Parking

Space for two cars, off-road, on the gravelled drive in front of the barn.

Smokers

No smoking within the barn please.
